HOW DO I SHARE MY BLOOD PRESSURES WITH MY DOCTOR?
During registration you can choose to share your blood pressure reports with a doctor, practice, health worker, or pharmacist.
- Report your BP 1-2 times a month, the JCI Registry will send your blood pressure report to that person.
If your care provider isn’t on our list, you can request that he or she be added.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes. Your information and blood pressure levels are protected by state-of-the-art systems.
We use secure socket layer (SSL) to be sure that anything you put in the registry is safe. Our systems are HIPAA-compliant, which means they meet all the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
