The Just Check It Registry is a website where you can track
your home blood pressure. The Registry can send that
information to your doctor, nurse, pharmacists, or community
health worker, who can help you manage your blood pressure.
During registration you can choose to share your blood pressure reports with a doctor, practice, health worker, or pharmacist.
Report your BP 1-2 times a month, the JCI Registry will send your blood pressure report to that person.
If your care provider isn’t on our list, you can request that he or she be added.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

We use secure socket layer (SSL) to be sure that anything you put in the registry is safe. Our systems are HIPAA-compliant, which means they meet all the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Anonymous reports from all registry users may be combined and reviewed to show changes in home blood pressure levels over time. No individual information will be disclosed.
